PERFECT DAY PROGRAM

Hello! Congratulations and welcome to the Perfect Day Program. Today is about learning how to make your goals and dreams become reality easily and quickly!

Step 1

a) Please write out the goals that you would like to achieve in the next one-three years. We will be incorporating them into your perfect day.

b) Next, please write a list of everything that you worry about now and all the details. Examples include, being in debt, low income, bad health habits, lack of motivation, satisfaction with relationships and unhappiness in your career.

Step 2

Imagine a perfect day in your perfect life. This is what we are going to write about today. Start by answering the following questions:

When you first open your eyes in the morning, where are you (e.g., city, state, country, etc)? What does your environment look like (colors, decor, type of housing, location of house)? What do you see, smell, experience first thing? Are you alone or do you have the company of family, or a mate? What would be your perfect morning routine? Do you work, own a business, go to school? How do you spend the rest of the morning? Do you exercise? Do do you do for fun in your perfect day? How do you get around from place to place? Do you have a car, truck, or other transportation? What does your transportation look like?

In your Perfect day, what do you feel like? Describe your entire day, afternoon and evening through until you go to sleep for the night. Incorporate your greatest desires.

In your Perfect day, what do you no longer worry about? Refer to the list of worries you wrote earlier. Take those worries and make them into positive statements. For instance you would say, I checked my bank account online and I see I have a savings and retirement of $5 million dollars. Versus stating, I am no longer broke.)

Remember your Perfect Day is all about you and your personal development! We do not have control over other people, so abstain from writing things such as: In my perfect day, my ex-husband now loves me, or My spouse no longer drinks. Focus on you!

Paint vivid pictures with your words that conjure up visual images when you read the words. Use as many adjectives as possible to describe the experience, invoking all of your senses: smell, taste, touch, sound and sights. Elaborate on your emotions (e.g., happy, relaxed, proud)?

Please remember not to include any illegal activities or offensive content. PDP is about creating a like-minded community. For more information, please click here.

Step 3

When you have finished writing your Perfect Day, read it again and don't be afraid to refine it. Once you have created your Perfect Day, read it again and again. Read it each morning and evening. See yourself living the day you imagined. Put yourself in the picture!
